Industrial Grinder
Redwood
The Redwood is engineered for continuous duty production in packaging and capsule making environments, while remaining equally capable as a stand-alone grinder. Built on our proven 120 mm flat-disc platform, it delivers up to 3 kg/min (≈6.6 lb/min) with stable particle uniformity and operates from a standard single phase outlet - no three phase supply required.

For line integration, Redwood provides full RS485 remote control of start/stop, grind-size setpoint, and access to live statistics and alarms, enabling seamless orchestration with upstream and downstream equipment. Digital micrometric “by-wire” calibration ensures repeatable, micron-level precision across a wide range of profiles, while a 30 kg hopper supports uninterrupted runs for bagging, wholesale pre-grind, and retail packaging applications.
Thermal stability is designed in at the core. Redwood maintains minimal heat increase at the grind through a dual-fan architecture—one dedicated to the motor/driver and one to the grinding module—paired with a high-efficiency BLDC motor that avoids heat build-up. The Modular Grinding House simplifies cleaning and service, maximizing uptime and ensuring consistent performance in demanding semi-industrial settings.
